Once you register and complete the payment, your seat is successfully reserved. A confirmation receipt will be generated.

3. When Refund is Not Applicable
- Change of mind after joining
- Lack of interest or motivation

- Not attending classes regularly

- Violation of rules or misconduct

5. Payment Issues
- Share payment proof (screenshot / transaction ID)
- Verification with payment gateway
- Refund or adjustment after confirmation
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
7. If Techsima Cancels a Program
You will be offered:
- ✔ Full refund
- OR
- ✔ Shift to another batch/program
8. GST & Transaction Charges
GST, bank charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
